Senior Change management Seniority.
Senior (5+ years) Type of position.
Must be in Oporto.
Candidates need to be already living in Portugal! The amazing you, will have.
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Certification in change management methodologies (e.
., PROSCI, ADKAR) - is preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in change management, organizational development, or related roles.
- Proven experience as Project manager.
- Experience in large-scale transformation projects (e.
., digital transformation, process redesign).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Analytical mindset to assess risks and evaluate success metrics.
- Ability to influence and work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in Scrum.
- Be fluent in English.
