• Gathering, collecting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders and business experts • Analysing business processes/workflows to identify improvements, bringing solutions to enhance efficiency • Liaising with business stakeholders and developer team to ensure clear communication, understanding project goals, requirements and constraints • Validating proposed IT solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements and objectives through testing, user acceptance testing and feedback collection Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• Proven working experience in IT Business Analyst role • Strong understanding of IT systems and software development lifecycle • Working experience in agile environment (SCRUM) • Data Analysis experience – ability to analyze and interpret data including SQL proficiency • Experience with business process modelling (BPM tools.
