SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST/SQUAD LEAD

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst/Squad Lead to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).
Requirements.
Have previous experience working as an IT Business Analyst (on the IT side), minimum 6 years (mandatory); Have previous experience working in Banking or Fintech industries (mandatory); Understands management priorities and decisions in an integrated way, seeking to actively contribute and be involved in a conscious decision-making process; Has an extensive knowledge of the organization's business, systems and procedures; Acts with general orientation and periodic review of the work done, in contexts subject to unpredictable changes and of variable complexity; Have a good level of English – at least B2; Be proactive and capable to work in autonomy; Agile framework experience needed; Be proactive and not afraid to ask questions.
Responsibilities.
Providing first level support for Loan IQ users; Gathering requirements and creating functional specifications for enhancements and/or bug fixes; Testing developed functionalities; Participation in projects in the scope of the stream; Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team on best practices for projects and general tasks of an IT Business Analyst.
