Senior Business Analyst (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon) What do you need to have.
Hard Skills.
• Experience.
Min 5 years as Business Analyst • Experience in Technology and Payments Industry.
Knowledge of payments (e.
., Acquiring, Cards, Issuing, Credit, Debit, POS, SWIFT, BACS, CHAPS, ISO, SEPA, etc.).
• Experience.
Minimum of five years in analytics and systems development, ideally within the payment industry and acquiring processes.
• Analytical Excellence.
Strong analytical abilities with a track record of generating actionable insights from complex data sets.
• Process Documentation.
Proficient in generating detailed process documentation and reports, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
• Client-Facing Skills.
Comfortable in a client-facing role, with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
• Innovation Drive.
Passionate about driving innovation and discovering novel solutions in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
• Technical Writing.
High proficiency in technical writing, capable of producing clear and concise documentation.
• Organizational Skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills, adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
