We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (m\/f) - Hybrid (Belgium) to join our team.
• Gather, challenge and consolidate the pain points and needs of a diverse set of internal & external stakeholders and gain extensive expertise on the subject at hand - Work in close collaboration with the relevant experts to support and challenge them with defining the product concept, detailed processes and\/or conceptual and functional architecture • Identify business needs • Contribute to Opus and Feature slicing, applying the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) concept throughout and support the (Cluster) Product Owner with backlog prioritization and refinement • Define and execute business test scenarii • Provide support during business and user testing and assist with the organization of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where applicable • Make and maintain sufficient (simple, understandable, easy consulting,…) documentation needed for a uniform execution, incident solving and support English + Dutch or French • Experience with conceptual modeling techniques and methods • Good expertise in MS Office • Good understanding of Octane (testing tool) Belonging to this team allows.
