In today’s multifaceted technology environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of the CBS Access Control Team at Colgate!.
Our highly technical and innovative team is dedicated to ensuring accurate access to the HR applications for Colgate Palmolive in this constantly evolving landscape.
What role will you play as a member of the Colgate’s Access Control team? We are seeking a self motivated person who is skilled and experienced in Success Factors RBP to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, testing, support, and documentation of HR Security roles and objects for Success Factors, SAP backend and HR portal.
Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate access to HR Applications as well as the Portal Management.
Who are you You are a function expert - Maintain and implement new security roles as identified by new business requirements Participate in testing to ensure accurate security design & implementation Prepare and maintain documentation regarding security requirements, roles and configuration of Success Factors RBP and HR portal security Maintain roles that meet corporate standards, data privacy considerations and business requirements Troubleshoot authorization /security issues and resolve with vitality Run security related audit reports Assist COHRE in working with implementation teams and HR business partners to understand business requirements and translate them into security roles for SAP backend, SuccessFactors and HR portal Portal Management Handle Global Portal Content Build and maintain Portal documentation and training materials Supervise Portal Content to implement to Company’s established standards Act as Content Management System (CMS) authority and provide support to portal publishers globally Assist COHRE in working with implementation teams and HR business partners to understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate portal design specifications New Application/ systems support (access) OKTA EdApp MindSpark Betterworks Employee Central SAP HR Other applications that are implemented in the organization for HR processes You connect the dots - Your proficiency in handling Success factors RBP, will bridge the gap between Global HR security requirements and the HR roles.
And ensuring that HR resources are optimally onboarded with their right accesses.
You are a collaborator - Your expertise and insights as a Success factors RBP will be instrumental in driving the successor HR system and its integration into our workflows.
You will work closely with the GIT team, COHREs to develop and implement robust security use cases.
You are an innovator - Your innovative approach will drive the evolution HR access control processes, from introducing innovative features to devising novel approaches for log analysis and security use cases Your ability to think with a security demeanor and build use cases from a security perspective sets you apart as a true innovator.
What you’ll need(Required) Bachelor's degree required Minimum 1-3 years of proven track record in Success Factors RBP Good understanding of HR security technology in SAP HR system Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Excel & Google suite tools preferred Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
Able to think critically with a security mentality, translating security requirements into technical solutions to mitigate risks efficiently Strong documentation skills for crafting comprehensive documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and consistency to industry standards.
Superb communication and collaboration skills.
