Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or Masters of Engineering in Computer Science As a Senior ABAP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing SAP applications using ABAP.
Your role includes coding, debugging, performance tuning, SAP enhancements, interface development, and integration with SAP Fiori/UI5.
You will collaborate with functional teams, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to best practices in SAP development.
Must-Have Skills.
• Develop and enhance SAP applications using ABAP, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Design, code, test, and debug ABAP programs, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF).
• Optimize existing ABAP code for better performance and system efficiency.
• Work on SAP Enhancements & Modifications, including BADI, User Exits, and Enhancement Spots.
• Develop and maintain SAP Interfaces using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, Web Services, and OData.
• Implement SAP Fiori and UI5 applications, integrating with backend ABAP services.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and enforce best practices in SAP development.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ABAP-related issues.
• Document technical specifications and provide knowledge transfer to junior developers.
Good-to-Have Skills.
• Experience in ABAP & HANA Skills • SAP Fiori & UI5 Development • Integration & Middleware Technologies (SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration) Skills.
