Formação superior na área das Tecnologias de Informação; Experiência profissional superior a 4 anos na implementação, monitorização e gestão de infraestruturas de Networking e Segurança; Experiência profissional comprovada na implementação da ISO (obrigatório); Sólidos conhecimentos na gestão de Office 365 e no Endpoint Security (Kaspersky); Conhecimentos da framework de ITIL e ITSM; Fluência em Português; Bons conhecimentos de Inglês (mais-valia); Excelente capacidade de análise e resolução de problemas; Excelente capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipa; Sentido de responsabilidade e proatividade.
