Scrum Master Senior (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisbon) What do you need to have.
Hard Skills.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead • Scrum Master certified • Agile principles & Agile frameworks (good understanding of Scrum, XP, Kanban) • Agile Estimating & Planning • Scrum ceremonies and artifacts • Agile Practices related to Software Engineering.
o Automated Testing techniques o Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment o Test Driven Development • Metrics.
o Velocity vs Productivity • Tools.
Jira/Confluence • Support the Product Owner for effective product backlog management, understand product planning in a given environment, ensure the PO arranges his/her backlog in a way that maximizes the delivery of value • Identify and proactively remove impediments, be they technical, organizational or people related • Act as an internal coach to the team, leading them to become fully agile, self-organized and to be at their best • Great communication, analysis and listening skills • Software Craftsmanship’s • English proficiency should be at least B2 level Soft skills • Good communication • Team spirit • Proactivity • Time management What we can offer.
