IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL Coach your team and lead them in the consistent application and improvement of agile methods Moderate scrum meetings and workshops inside and outside the agile teams.
Help to create interfaces to other teams in order to exploit cross-team synergies and thus increase the speed of product development.
Support your teams by recognising and removing obstacles early on As a Scrum Master you live and breathe agile principles Accompany our cross-functional working teams on their way - in some cases also in setting up or implementing agile processes TO SUCCEED YOU NEED 3+ years hands-on experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach To have a solid understanding of state of the art software development To be in contact with others, you are strong in communication and have good moderation and coaching skills You are solution-oriented, you organize yourself and you are always ready to find new and creative approaches YOU WILL BE HAPPY WITH Open source software No top-down hierarchy.
