SCRUM MASTER

Position Description.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master with a strong understanding of the logistics domain to join our agile development team.
In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum events, removing impediments, and coaching the team to deliver high-quality software solutions that optimize our logistics operations.
You will leverage your expertise in both Scrum and logistics to ensure efficient and effective delivery of projects, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Facilitate Scrum Events.
Plan and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
Ensure that Scrum principles and practices are consistently followed by the team.
Guide the team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
• Remove Impediments.
Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
Work with stakeholders to resolve issues and dependencies.
Proactively address potential roadblocks and risks.
• Coach and Mentor.
Coach the team on Agile and Scrum best practices.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Help the team to improve their processes and workflows.
Help product owners refine the product backlog.
• Logistics Domain Expertise.
Apply your knowledge of logistics processes, systems, and challenges to understand and support the team's work.
Collaborate with logistics stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
Contribute to the development of solutions that address specific logistics challenges.
Understand common logistics workflows such as warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
• Stakeholder Communication.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and business users.
Provide regular updates on sprint progress and project status.
Ensure transparency and alignment between the development team and stakeholders.
• Metrics and Reporting.
Track and report on key Scrum metrics, such as velocity, burndown, and cycle time.
Use metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Help the team to achieve predictable delivery.
