We are currently looking for Scrum Master Requirements.
Responsibilities.
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for acting as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies.
You will coach and mentor the Scrum Team(s), remove barriers to successful implementation, and facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies.
Additionally, you will identify and report progress via appropriate metrics.
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Advanced proficiency in Agile Project Management is required.
Advanced proficiency in Scrum is recommended.
Intermediate proficiency in Agile Process Coaching and Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development) is suggested.
Lead the team in implementing Agile methodologies effectively             Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives             Provide guidance and support to team members in Agile practices             Analyze and improve Agile processes for continuous enhancement Location.
