SCRUM MASTER

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading Agile teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving continuous improvement.
This role requires a deep understanding of Scrum principles, the ability to mentor team members, and the skills to manage complex projects effectively.
Responsabilities.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices and principles.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clarity of requirements.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Track and report on team progress and performance metrics.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Implement and manage the LESS framework for large-scale Scrum projects.
• Utilize Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) for project tracking and documentation.
Must Have.
• Academic Background.
Higher education or attendance in computer engineering, management information technology, data science and statistics, mathematics, computer science or similar.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of LESS framework.
• Proficiency in Atlassian stack (Jira and Confluence).
• Experience in implementing scrum methodologies • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese Nice to Have.
• Experience with other Agile frameworks (e.
., Kanban, SAFe).
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Previous experience in a senior or lead role within an Agile team.

• Sénior (6 years of experience) Languages & Soft Skills.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities.
• High level of emotional intelligence and empathy.
