Scrum Master Seniority.
Mid (3-5 years) Type of position.
Hybrid from Oporto.
Candidates must be in Portugal already! The amazing you, will have.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field.
- Scrum Master certification (e.
., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) is required.
- Strong understanding of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and software development practices.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.
., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
- Ability to effectively facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage team dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
