Scrum Master Location.
Brussels, with occasionally travel to Berlin Type.
Full-Time, hybrid - Two days per week of homeworking Technical and Soft Skills.
- At least 3 years of proven work experience as a Scrum Master (mandatory) - Experience working with 2-3 different teams at the same time, as a Scrum Master.
- Experience in a non-IT context is a plus.
- Strong focus on team and individual development.
- Deep understanding and application of the Agile mindset, including values and principles.
- Ability to work independently and plan Scrum activities without supervision.
- Proficiency in training others in Scrum, Kanban, Agile, and other relevant techniques.
- Expertise in various Agile project/product management approaches (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to adapt to team needs.
- Skilled in virtual and physical team facilitation, with an emphasis on creating the right environment for the team.
- Strong interest in innovation and experimentation with new techniques.
- Knowledge of Design Thinking processes and related methods and tools (is a plus).
