Full Time Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development.
Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop simple applications solutions.
Second level professional with direct impact on results and outcome.
Qualification.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Consistently honors promise and commitments and takes responsibility for own actions, words, and work • Able to work with diverse individuals/teams/customers.
Able to interact and work with others as part of a team.
• Takes the lead to get complex issues resolved.
May require assistance for more difficult issues • Ability to work within a changing environment • Good organizational and written/verbal communication skills • Good presentation skills • Positive attitude and team focus are required Required qualifications to be successful in this role.

6 - 9 Years Main location.
Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai Must-Have Skills.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master • Experienced and good understanding of Agile Methodologies • Facilitate daily standups (or the daily scrum) as needed.
• Conduct Sprint Reviews, participate in the meeting and capture feedback.
• Conduct Retrospectives, note areas for improvement and action items for future sprints • Having one on ones, and meet individually with team members and stakeholders as needed.
Iron out team disagreements about process and work styles • Good hands on with JIRA, Reporting • Manage Backlog, Multiple Sprints of different Scrum Roles • Review and generate scrum artifacts • Co-ordination between product Manager and the agile team.
Good-to-Have Skills.
• Knowledge in JIRA Skills.
