Scrum Master Seniority.
Junior (1-3 years) Type of position.
Hybrid from Braga.
Candidates must be living in Portugal already! The amazing you, will have.
- Between 3 to 5 years of experience as Scrum Master; - Mandatory - experience being Scrum Master in Banking /Fintech sector; - Experience with Scrum framework and Agile principles; - Experience with the software development life cycle; - Experience in Agile Software Delivery methodologies; - Define and refine Agile metrics to understand team performance; - It's mandatory to speak both english and portuguese fluent; - Hybrid Project - twice per week at Braga office or Coimbra office Why should you become part of our family? - You can develop a career that fits you.
