What role will you play as a member of the Colgate’s Information Technology team? We are looking for a SuccessFactors Employee Central Expert having 6+ years of Employee Central Experience and 8-10 years of total IT Experience.
The person will be responsible for delivering business solutions and resolving complex issues in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
They should be able to do the root cause analysis and focus on continuous improvement.
Who are you -   As an EC Expert, your main responsibilities will include the following.
- Delivering Scalable Business Solutions and support existing Employee Central Applications - Partnering with Business and IT Product Teams for ongoing implementation and enhancements of the Employee Central Product - Ensuring smooth support for applications and finding RCA for support issues on an ongoing basis - Taking end to end ownership of the results.
Being Responsible for on-Call and Monthly system Maintenance - Implementing New features and improving capabilities of existing applications - Actively chipping in to identifier repetitive issues and exploring new ways of working - Aiming to reduce support ticket numbers on a periodic basis - Staying ahead of the curve with the latest SuccessFactors Employee Central releases and new product features - Work closely with Vendors for reporting issues and getting resolution - Configurating the system using Custom objects, Role based permissions (RBP), Report Center (Canvas reports/ Advanced Reports), MDF, Foundation objects, Associations, Business rules, Workflows.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of the solution design, configuration settings, and system processes.
