SAP SAC PLANNING ARCHITECT

Duration to The SAP Analytics Cloud Solution Architect will lead the design, development, and implementation of SAC solutions to meet the business intelligence, reporting, and analytics needs of the organization.
This role requires expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud, integration with SAP and non-SAP systems, and strong collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities.
Solution Design & Architecture.
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategies and goals.
Architect end-to-end SAC solutions, including data modelling, dashboard creation, and integration with SAP BW, S/4HANA, and other data sources.
Business Analysis.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytics needs and design intuitive dashboards and reports.
Provide recommendations on SAC functionalities, such as Smart Predict, Smart Discovery, and augmented analytics to enhance business insights.
Integration & Data Management.
Ensure seamless integration between SAC and existing SAP systems (e.
., BW/4HANA, S/4HANA) and non-SAP systems.
Lead efforts to optimize data flow, performance, and real-time analytics capabilities.
Oversee data connections, security, and governance in SAC.
Project Leadership.
Guide cross-functional teams in SAC implementations, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to best practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members and junior architects.
Support & Maintenance.
Ensure the continuous improvement, maintenance, and enhancement of the SAC environment.
Provide support for issues, performance optimization, and future-proofing the analytics landscape.
Required Skills & Qualifications.
Technical Expertise.
Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), including data modellig, story creation, and dashboard design.
Experience integrating SAC with SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, HANA databases, and other data sources.
Strong knowledge of SAC predictive capabilities and planning functionality.
Expertise in analytics and business intelligence best practices.
Project Management.
Proven track record in leading end-to-end SAC solution implementations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Communication & Stakeholder Management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications.
SAP Certification in SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP BW/4HANA.
Experience with other analytics tools (e.
., Tableau, Power BI) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
Familiarity with SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, and SAP Data Intelligence.
Daily task – Be familiar with financial planning processes and full cycle implementation experience.
Financial process improvements skills.
Deep knowledge in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, best practices, standard functionality and UX interface.
Good understanding of how to translate business requirements to an optimized and user-friendly customized planning solution.
Be able to demo solution for user community during development phase and show on relevant SAC features.
Experience in leading development team and advice in best practices regarding development in SAC.
