Job Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing SAP projects to join our consulting team.
This role is ideal for a professional with proven expertise in leading complex, high-impact ERP implementations or enhancements, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry.
What you will be doing.
Lead end-to-end SAP project lifecycle activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring effective communication and alignment of project objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans and manage project timelines, risks, and resources.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Monitor project performance and generate status reports for stakeholders and leadership teams.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices in SAP project delivery.
Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing SAP projects, preferably in a consulting environment.
Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP implementations, upgrades, or enhancements across various modules and business functions.
Deep understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to navigate complex client environments and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
