We are seeking a skilled SAP OTC Manager with expertise in Order to Cash (OTC) to join our team and participate in an enterprise-wide project of our SAP landscape.
This delivery lead is responsible for overseeing the strategy, development, and management of the SAP OTC worksteam.
Serves as a subject matter expert associated with content, processes & procedures associated with most SAP OTC modules i.
.
order management, pricing, billing, account determination, output determination, delivery management, 3PL integration, availability control, EDI integration, etc.
Analyse business/technical requirements & translate process into practice through the current SAP application functionality.
Configure SAP OTC systems to meet client business requirements, including connection points with SAP FICO, MM and other modules, legacy systems, and implementation of SAP best practices.
Develop, prototype, test & implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability, and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives.
Understand non-SAP business systems and their interaction with SAP.
Assist in the management of those systems as part of an Order to Cash Systems management portfolio.
Work with other IT personnel on any configuration change affecting areas outside of SAP’s SD module and perform rigorous testing.
Key requirements 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP, specifically in the SD modules.
Expertise in SAP SD configurations, including integration with other SAP modules.
Experienced with all aspects of SAP Implementation process.
Business process analysis, System configuration, Testing, Documentation, End-user training, and Production support.
Vistex SAP Add-On experience will be a plus.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively with business users and technical teams to identify and resolve issues.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Education/ Qualifications A bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
