Hybrid (Lisbon Onsite once per week) Contract Type.
Freelance 12month contract with potential for extension Experience Level.
3 years of experience in SAP Logistics mainly MM; S/4HANA experience preferred We are seeking a skilled SAP Logistics Consultant with a strong focus on Materials Management (MM) to join our clients team on a freelance basis.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in SAP Logistics including at least one year of experience with S/4HANA.
A working knowledge of Sales and Distribution (SD) is a plus.
This role requires onsite presence in Lisbon once per week with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the time.
Tasks Lead the implementation customization and support of the SAP MM module including purchasing inventory management material master data and invoice verification.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP MM and other modules such as SAP SD.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for MMrelated issues.
Participate in S/4HANA migration projects including data migration configuration and optimization of MM processes in the S/4HANA environment.
Analyse current business processes related to logistics and materials management identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations processes and procedures.
Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective adoption of SAP MM functionalities.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements provide expert guidance on SAP solutions and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Conduct system testing including unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP MM solutions.
Provide timely and effective resolution of incidents and service requests ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Logistics with a focus on SAP MM; experience in SAP SD is a plus.
S/4HANA.
At least 1 year of handson experience with S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
Proficient in SAP MM configuration troubleshooting and process optimization.
Familiarity with SAP SD integration is advantageous.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with one onsite day per week in Lisbon.
Available for a 12month contract with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
