We are looking for a highly experienced SAP FICO Team Lead to join our dynamic team, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across the region.
Job Description.
As the SAP FICO Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of SAP FICO consultants in delivering high-quality AMS (Application Management Services) to our clients.
This role requires a strong combination of SAP FICO functional expertise, proven leadership skills, and extensive experience in AMS.
You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of SAP FICO projects and ongoing support services, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities.
Team Leadership.
Lead and manage a team of SAP FICO consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team meets its objectives and delivers outstanding service to clients.
Project Management.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP FICO projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
AMS Management.
Manage AMS operations for SAP FICO, ensuring that all support activities are executed efficiently and effectively.
Address and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests within agreed SLAs.
Client Engagement.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients on SAP FICO matters, understanding their business needs and ensuring that solutions are aligned with their objectives.
Process Improvement.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, methodologies, and tools used within the team and across the organization to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Consulting Expertise.
Provide expert advice and solutions to clients on SAP FICO-related matters, drawing on your extensive experience in the field.
Reporting.
Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, project status, and AMS activities to senior management.
Qualifications.
Experience.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role.
AMS Expertise.
Strong background in AMS, with experience managing complex SAP FICO environments and ensuring service levels are consistently met.
Consulting Skills.
Proven track record in delivering SAP FICO solutions that meet client needs and drive business value.
Project Management.
Solid project management skills, with experience in leading SAP FICO implementations and upgrades.
Communication.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Language.
Fluent in German (mandatory).
Education.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications.
SAP FICO certification is highly desirable.
