Bangalore & Hyderabad Job Description for SAP Basis Must have • 12+ years of SAP experience, with 5+ years of cloud and S/4HANA administration experience.
• Experience as Basis lead on S/4HANA Conversion, New Implementation or Selective Data Conversion projects.
• Required to have advanced understanding of SAP Basis, OS/DB migration, HANA administration.
• Have a good understanding of RISE with SAP, BTP, services provided by major CSPs such as Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.
• Basic understanding of SAP business processes (Lead to Cash, Source to Pay, Recruit to Retire, Design to Operate) and SAP solutions used in realizing these processes.
• Hands-on experience with installation and maintenance of SAP applications such as S/4HANA, ECC, PI, EP, BW, BPC, SRM, MDM, HCM, Fiori, GRC etc.
• Experience working on infrastructure planning aspects such as using QuickSizer, HA/DR design or setup, and Basis-led security configurations.
• Candidates with certifications in S/4HANA conversion, OS/DB migration, SAP Administration, Cloud Architecting preferred.
Responsibilities.
• Serve as leader and Transformation Architect on the evolution of SAP landscape into future state technology.
• Partner with technical and functional teams in developing System Integration approach and Reference Architecture for various SAP systems.
• Identify and document risks and mitigations associated with identified transformation approach(es).
• Assist in planning of infrastructure provisioning, security design, system migration, system re-platforming and system refactoring associated with SAP applications.
• Work with infrastructure team and cloud services providers in defining cloud strategy suitable for mission critical SAP applications and supported databases.
• Work closely with clients, partners, developers, functional consultants, delivery managers from onshore and offshore locations.
