What are you going to do? • Design, develop, test, and implement SAP ABAP solutions on the HANA platform; • Work closely with functional and technical teams to gather and assess business requirements.
• Optimize and improve existing SAP applications for better performance and scalability.
• Create custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows using ABAP/4 and ABAP Objects.
• Experience with Core Data Services (CDS) and ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) is a plus.
• Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and resolve issues to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Document developed solutions and provide training to users when necessary.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies, tools, and best practices.
What are we looking for? • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development; • Expertise in ABAP programming, including ABAP Objects and ABAP for HANA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 or above); • Available for a hybrid work model (2-3 times per week in Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra).
