Position Description.
CGI has an immediate need for a Salesforce QA Tester to join our team.
This position can be located remotely anywhere in the U.
.

​• Conduct end-to-end testing of Salesforce Solutions, including configuration and Customization (APEX classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web components, etc.) • Execute test cases using Salesforce testing tools and frameworks.
• Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze assigned user stories, identify/resolve gaps in functional user stories/business requirements.
• Adhere to defined testing standards and develop well-structured, maintainable, and easy-to-understand test scripts and documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) post-deployment and ensure all requirements are met.
• Document and report defects, and work with developers to resolve them.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
•10 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce QA • Salesforce Certified Administrator Certification • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Salesforce Experience Cloud • Proficiency in creating concise test scripts for user stories • ​Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • ​Strong communication and interpersonal skills Education:​​ ​• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
