If youre passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive impactful solutions, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with best practices and architectural standards.
- Customize and implement Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Integrate web services (SOAP and REST) and implement solutions using LWC and Aura frameworks.
- Design and implement CI/CD workflows using tools like Jenkins and Copado.
- Provide technical leadership, assist team members in resolving tickets, and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage tickets via JIRA and ensure SLA adherence.
- Work with Salesforces Sharing and Security Module to ensure data integrity and secure processes.
Requirements - Experience in Salesforce development.
- Expertise in Apex, Aura, and LWC frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Sales and Service Clouds.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes.
- Familiarity with ticket management systems such as JIRA.
- Salesforce certifications such as PD1 and Administrator are required.
- Fluency in Portuguese (C1) and English (B2).
Good to Have - Experience with Copado and Informatica tools.
- Knowledge of additional Salesforce Clouds.
