Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related; Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree; Proficiency in Salesforce development and customization, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components (Aura and LWC); Experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects; Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications; Familiarity with Salesforce Connect, MuleSoft, and other integration tools; Experience with data migration, data loading tools (e.
., Data Loader, Workbench), and data modeling in Salesforce.
Understanding of Salesforce data architecture and data security/sharing rules; Proficiency in development tools such as Visual Studio Code with Salesforce extensions, Git, and CI/CD tools (e.
., Jenkins).
Knowledge of Agile development practices, version control systems, and deployment processes; Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively; Experience in managing and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Understanding of project management methodologies (e.
., Agile, Scrum); Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, and creating technical documentation; Certifications such as.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Administrator or other relevant Salesforce certifications; Familiarity with industry-specific Salesforce solutions (e.
