If youre passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive impactful solutions, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with best practices and architectural standards.
Customize and implement Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
Integrate web services (SOAP and REST) and implement solutions using LWC and Aura frameworks.
Design and implement CI/CD workflows using tools like Jenkins and Copado.
Provide technical leadership, assist team members in resolving tickets, and ensure timely delivery.
Manage tickets via JIRA and ensure SLA adherence.
Work with Salesforces Sharing and Security Module to ensure data integrity and secure processes.
Requirements Experience in Salesforce development.
Expertise in Apex, Aura, and LWC frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Sales and Service Clouds.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes.
Familiarity with ticket management systems such as JIRA.
Salesforce certifications such as PD1 and Administrator are required.
Fluency in Portuguese (C1) and English (B2).
Good to Have Experience with Copado and Informatica tools.
Knowledge of additional Salesforce Clouds.
