  The role   Client is a leading health care device manufacturer who has global presence and using Salesforce Service cloud for their customer interactions.
Candidates will get exposed to multiple clouds within the engagement with good learning curve.
  Location:  Porto, Portugal   What you will do Primarily responsible for solutions supporting Customer Experience IT functions such as Customer Care, Product Support, Field Sales, and general commercial operations.
Perform complex business and systems analysis work including requirements gathering/user story creation via information gathering sessions with business users and technical staff.
Develop supporting documentation such as process flows, mockups, and system/technical interface diagrams.
Analyze existing business process to recommend improvements based on an understanding of Salesforce configuration best practice.
Communicate effectively with business users on the status of enhancements and open production support tickets.
Develop comprehensive test plans, coordinate test activities, lead UAT exercises and/or help execute test components.
Assist with development and maintenance of field reports/dashboards using either SFDC report builder, Wave or other BI tools available at the Client.
Ensure all projects have detailed functional specs to document what will be delivered to end users, written for a business and IT audience.
Provide guidance for complex business and solution engineering challenges.
Who are we looking for Hands-on experience with SFDC Service Cloud.
Knowledge of SFDC Experience Cloud.
Knowledge of Health Cloud.
