• Proven 5+ years of work experience as a Salesforce Administrator with Sales cloud and Service cloud and CPQ including 1 year of developement expereince.
• Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups • Resolve user support tickets • Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
