Full Time Job Description.
We are looking for a skilled SailPoint Developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet the identity management needs of our organization.
You will work closely with security and IT teams to ensure that user provisioning, role management, and identity governance are properly implemented and maintained.
Key Responsibilities.
Develop and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions for user provisioning, access requests, certifications, and governance.
Customize and configure SailPoint components such as connectors, workflows, and policies to meet business requirements.
Integrate SailPoint with other systems such as Active Directory, databases, and cloud-based applications.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to define and implement role-based access control (RBAC) and user provisioning processes.
Monitor and troubleshoot identity management issues, and ensure that the SailPoint platform is operating efficiently and securely.
Develop custom workflows and reports based on organizational needs and requirements.
Maintain documentation for system configurations, changes, and operational procedures.
Participate in ongoing development and support of SailPoint components and integrations.
Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations by implementing necessary controls and reporting mechanisms.
Required Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ or other IAM solutions.
Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts such as provisioning, governance, and lifecycle management.
Proficiency in Java for developing SailPoint customizations.
Experience with API integrations (e.
., REST, SOAP) and connectors for applications like Active Directory, databases, and cloud platforms.
Familiarity with databases (SQL, Oracle) for managing identity data.
Understanding of security standards such as RBAC, SAML, OAuth, and SCIM.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues with identity management platforms.
Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or similar tools.
Preferred Skills.
Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrating SailPoint with cloud applications.
SailPoint certifications (e.
., Certified IdentityIQ Engineer) are a plus.
Knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations (e.
., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
