Safety Assurance Manager    Purpose of the job Manage, perform and ensure the activities related to safety assurance in the Projects and Programs (products and systems)  Deliver safe solutions (Projects and Programs)    Key accountabilities.
Coordinate all the Safety Assurance activities on the project / system / product as per Safety process defined in Signalling Safety Instruction  Perform Safety analysis, manage Hazard Log, review RAM, Cyber, V&V, T&C activities from a Safety perspective  Define safety plan and manage safety workload and associated planning  Support tenders and/or RC teams to integrate product/system in projects Build the Safety Reports and/or the Safety Cases            Apply the safety assurance methodologies (risk acceptance criteria, safety analysis, verification and validation) defined for the project / system / product          Organize and attend periodic Safety Reviews            Defend Safety Case argumentations in front of internal (QS, Safety Assessor) and external (ISA) assessors; define and follow-up action plans to close the findings of the assessors    Manage (if any) the Safety Assurance Engineers involved on the project / system / product (Internal or external resources)  If identified as Safety Leader for a Safety Issue, manage 8D steps as per process    Key Job Authorities and Dimensions Safety reference on the related Projects/Program for the Core team, Customer (internal or external) and assessors/SA (internal and external) Team manager if SAE involved Safety budget responsible   Education.
Bachelor of Computer Engineer, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering    Relevant experience required.
Mastering Cenelec Standards for Safety (or equivalent standards if needed.
