Requisitos.
- Profesional en ingeniería de sistemas, informática, electrónica o afines al rol.
- Más de 5 años de experiencia profesional con el framework Ruby on Rails.
- Inglés conversacional (B2 o superior).
- Comprensión de bases de datos relacionales (PostgreSQL, MySQL) y experiencia en optimización de bases de datos.
- Experiencia experta en pruebas unitarias y depuración.
- Sólida experiencia trabajando en entornos Agile.
Funciones y/o responsabilidades.
- Diseñar, construir y mantener código de Ruby on Rails eficiente, reutilizable y confiable.
- Desarrollar componentes de back-end para mejorar el rendimiento y la escalabilidad utilizando PostgreSQL como la base de datos principal.
- Asegurar un alto rendimiento, calidad y capacidad de respuesta de las aplicaciones, especialmente en lo que respecta a las interacciones con la base de datos.
- Escribir consultas SQL eficientes y optimizar el rendimiento de la base de datos PostgreSQL (indexación, ajuste de consultas, etc.).
- Gestionar las migraciones de la base de datos PostgreSQL y el control de versiones con ActiveRecord.
- Realizar pruebas unitarias, de integración y funcionales para asegurar la robustez del código, enfocándose en las interacciones con la base de datos.
Habilidades complementarias.
- Sólidas habilidades de liderazgo, con la capacidad de guiar proyectos técnicos desde su inicio hasta su finalización.
- Capacidad para manejar tareas complejas de manera independiente, gestionando múltiples prioridades y plazos.
- Aprendiz continuo con una pasión por mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tecnologías y tendencias.
