Role Overview.
Neotalent is looking for a RPA Developer to join an international group - a leading provider of professional services in hyperautomation worldwide.
This German-founded company has a portfolio of Fortune 500 clients and specialises in AI-powered automation technologies with the aim of boosting and enhancing its clients' performance gains.
You will be joining the technical teams on a full-remote basis based in Portugal.
What you will do.
Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
Deploy RPA components including bots, infrastructure and development tools.
Work closely with other team members to analyze business processes and propose software solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA processes.
Maintain proper documentation for the solutions, test procedures, and scenarios.
What you are like.
Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
At least 2 years of experience in RPA development.
Strong understanding of workflow-based logic.
Experience with AI and machine learning integration in RPA solutions (nice-to-have).
Familiarity with process analysis, design, and implementation.
Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
