Design and Optimisation RAN Engineer Location.
Bucharest Contract Duration.
12 Months Are you a passionate and experienced Design and Optimisation RAN Engineer with a solid background in radio access networks (RAN)? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team on a 12-month contract and make a tangible impact on a key telecommunications project.
Key Responsibilities.
Design, plan, and optimise RAN solutions to improve network performance and coverage.
Conduct network performance analysis and identify areas for optimisation.
Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful deployment and integration of RAN solutions.
Implement and maintain network optimisation strategies for both 4G and 5G technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network design, performance, and optimisation.
Essential Skills.
Strong knowledge of RAN design and optimisation, specifically in the telecoms sector.
Experience with 4G and 5G technologies.
Proficiency with different vendors.
Hands-on experience with network planning, deployment, and performance analysis.
Solid understanding of KPIs and network performance metrics.
