Our Finance & Strategy team provides an array of comprehensive services catering specifically to our clients unique and evolving circumstances which require creative and careful consideration decision making and guidance.
Our services focus on M&A Transactions Due Diligence Capital Raisings Private Placements and Corporate Strategy.
Due to expanding business the firm is looking to hire a Senior Analyst to provide direct support to the Associates in the team.
PROFILE SPECIFICATION Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar role namely as part of a Big4 Consultancy firm Investment Bank or Private Equity firm Fluency in English at a proficient level.
Previous fulltime education taught in English or previous fulltime employment in a country of official English language are an advantage Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject (Finance Business Economics or similar) Competency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint (advanced level) Interest in the financial services industry and good awareness of the industry SKILLS REQUIRED Advanced technical and analytical skills in Corporate Finance and Restructuring Familiarity with different debt instruments (bonds loans senior/junior/mezzanine secured/unsecured) and capital structures Ability to recognise opportunities and identify potential restructuring targets Strong modelling capabilities Strong attention to detail and organisation skills Time management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Work and think clearly under pressure Selfmotivation Ability to work in a fastpaced environment Flexible working approach KEY RESPONSABILITIES Direct support to Associates on ad hoc client related projects Researching analysing and following up on potential restructuring targets Supporting senior bankers marketing initiatives to deliver pitch materials to specification Daily interaction and troubleshooting with high profile clients (primary liaison) Handling daytoday correspondence with clients and their representatives Generating client facing presentations and pitchbooks data analysis and financial modelling WHAT WE OFFER Fastgrowing company with presence in Porto Lisbon London and Madrid that works in complex and stimulating projects for sophisticated clients in the US Europe and the Middle East Competitive salary and benefits which vary according to individual performance Opportunity to work from home 50% of the time Career Development Plan Training Programs and Sponsorship LGG Advisors aims for a diverse workplace.
