Job Description What to expect, your role a.
Responsible for managing the Central Resource Schedule system (PSA) Maintain Consultants skills update in PSA.
Monitoring and update PSA with Projects at stage 3 within our sales cycle.
Provide weekly updates with the progress of pipeline opportunities.
Updating ongoing bookings based on the Project Managers project plan; Maintain and update project codes, replace placeholder codes with actual ones, follow up with Project Managers once the new projects is created; Supporting Head of Resourcing and Resource Managers with the accuracy of the resource requirements in the system.
Creating profiles for New Joiners and keep in sync with HR when new resources/people are joining/leaving Hitachi; Ensuring the profile information into PSA is up to date.
activating and deactivating of consultants profile; Supporting Resource Managers with Resourcing demand management; Extract, create and maintain existing reports.
Supporting Resource managers with Training requirements and yearly Graduate Trainee programmes.

Responsible for Absence management.
Timely approving the logged time absence requests; Keep in sync with the Project managers to ensure absence requests are not colliding with project plans; Reflecting sick leaves into PSA.
When there is a vacation cancellation – clarifying the project involvement and restore the project bookings; Staffing responsibilities.
Managing resource requirements for small projects.
presales work, projects with up to 5 project team members; Monitor the bookings of the consultants; regular tracking of the preliminary (soft) bookings; Monitoring and addressing overbooking; c.
Responsible for managing the CVs data base for all consultants.
Ensure all consultants have CVs in the HiSO template Managing regular update of the CVs d.
Reporting Monitor the availability report and discuss with Resource Managers.
Prepare various reports, Utilisation, Schedule vs Actuals reports to Resource Managers to investigate.
Prepare Weekly availability report to send to Head of Resourcing for review.
Qualifications Fluent in English.
Very good organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in Resource Management is an advantage.
Team player with positive attitude.
Pro-active nature with attention to detail.
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Power Point, Outlook).
