You’ll be work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
You'll contribute.
Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the Operation & Maintainance Team, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of Ensuring the reliability of the Rolling Stock , but is not limited.
We’ll look to you for.
Lead the development of the Reliability Growth activities and define related applicable processes in line with Alstom global Reliability Growth process & tools and applicable standards,  Support the Engineering Senior Manager and work closely with FLOW Reliability Growth team to develop the Reliability Growth skills and activities.
Objective to reach autonomy on Reliability Growth activities and act as TSM representative of partners and external parties.
Participate in the projects design and gate reviews for TSM and lead Reliability Growth actions.
Ensure that the Reliability Growth process is correctly incorporated in RAMS plans in accordance to RAMS commitment and in line with Alstom policy Monitor the reliability, availability, and maintainability and publish monthly reports,   All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.

University Degree in Engineering Strong RAM background especially in Railway systems, operating requirements, available equipment and systems.
