About the job To actively contributing to the pursuing of BNP Paribas’ Recruitment strategy and growth for Portugal. To ensure an effective Recruitment delivery to the Group’s Business Areas at local level, by sourcing and assessing the right talent in the shortest period possible, while managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders (Hiring Managers and Candidates), acting as advisory partner and respecting the highest ethical and conduct standards at all moments Your Main Activities Are Playing an active role in the overall activity of Recruitment & Talent Sourcing to meet the goals of attracting, hiring and retaining the best talent, while growing a strong pipeline of Candidates and contributing to continuous improvement through suggestions of best practices Sourcing and attracting Candidates through various sources, including preparing and launching job adverts, regular using sourcing tools (e.g. About Me, LinkedIn), addressing pre-approved Recruitment agencies Acting as a point of contact and building influential relationships with Candidates during the assessment and selection process Keeping the most updated and complete information in Recruitment tools, in order to ensure accuracy and resilience in Recruitment, as well as to support decision making Assessing Candidates by performing interviews and applying other assessment tools Managing the relationship with Hiring Managers throughout the Recruitment processes, acting as advisory partner Profile and Skills to Success Masters degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources or related field Up to 2 years of experience in Recruitment or other HR roles Knowledge of Human Resources Experience using Applications Tracking Systems (ATS) Fluency in English Ability to collaborate/Teamwork Communication skills - oral & written Ability to develop and leverage on networks #LI-Hybrid Why joining BNP Paribas?
