REACT.JS TEAM LEAD

Position Description.
We are looking for a skilled React.
s Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of React.
s developers.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of React.
s and front-end technologies, and experience in delivering high-quality software solutions.
This role requires both technical expertise and the ability to effectively manage and guide a development team.
Key Responsibilities.
• Lead and mentor a team of React.
s developers, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
• Oversee the development and delivery of web applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Architect and design scalable, high-performance applications using React.
s and related technologies.
• Facilitate code reviews and ensure high-quality code is delivered by the team.
• Manage project timelines and ensure that development milestones are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and ensure the stability and performance of applications.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting professional growth and development.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
Qualifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of experience in web development, with at least 5 years of experience in React.
s, including solid understanding of standard data structures and algorithms.
• Expert level knowledge of ReactJS ecosystem and working experience with React JS workflows(Redux) and GraphQL integration.
• Proficient understanding of CI/CD pipelines and code versioning tools (e.

Jenkins, GitLab CI, SVN…) to automate and streamline the development, testing, and deployment processes • Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance • Ability to review specifications documents and provide technical inputs on successfully implementing business solutions • Understanding of Sonar and Code Quality Metrics • Proven experience in a leadership or team management role, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end development tools.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.
., Redux, Context API) • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with outstanding interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, excellent communication, leadership, presentation and organization skills • Set and evolve standards and best practices for our application development team – Conduct code reviews and enforce standards • Guide/Mentor junior developers and empowering them on ReactJS • Experience Working on Agile Teams and using Application Lifecycle Management tools like JIRA Duration of the contract.
Three months, with the possibility of an extension or transition to a full-time position, depending on project needs and performance.
