QUALITY PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description.
We are now looking for a Quality Project Manager to onboard our GBS in Lisbon.
Responsibilities - your mission * Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of complex projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
* Establish and maintain project management processes and standards, including reporting, risk management, and change control.
* Monitor project budgets, forecast costs, and ensure financial objectives are achieved.
* Develop precise and impactful presentations using G Suite for stakeholder meetings, board meetings, and client presentations.
* Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation, problem-solving, and team building.
* Manage project documentation, prepare reports, and conduct comprehensive post-meeting reviews.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients to achieve project goals and leverage synergies.
* Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals and expectations.
* Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report regularly on project status to stakeholders.
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management within the aerospace industry.
* Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
* Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
* Experience working in a matrix organization and managing cross-functional teams.
* Understanding of aerospace regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
