Your New Role Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for software quality, performance and reliability Design, create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases and test scripts based on requirements Develop and maintain automated test suites using tools like Selenium to improve test coverage Perform thorough manual testing to identify defects and validate user experience, including exploratory testing Identify, document and track defects, working closely with development teams for timely resolution Collaborate with developers, product managers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery Design and execute performance tests to ensure software can handle expected loads and stress conditions What You'll Need Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; relevant certifications (e.
., ISTQB) are a plus Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or similar QA role, with a strong understanding of software testing methodologies Proficiency in automated testing tools (e.
., Selenium, JUnit) and scripting languages (e.
., Python, JavaScript).
Experience with performance testing tools is a plus Exceptional attention to detail and methodical approach to testing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing issues and proposing solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration Familiarity with the logistics or supply chain industry is advantageous Good knowledge of English At DACHSER, all people are welcome.
