Job Description.
Responsibilities - your mission.
* Creation and analysis of various KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to support senior management and operational teams.
* Planning, development, and distribution of weekly and monthly reports to relevant stakeholders.
* Continuous enhancement and automation of the reporting process to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
* Programming of new interfaces to integrate and analyze data from various systems.
* Close collaboration with other departments for which we provide services to understand and meet their reporting requirements.
* Handling ad-hoc requests and issues to support operational decision-making.
* Identification and implementation of improvement opportunities in reporting and data analysis.
* Ensuring data integrity and quality in all reporting processes.

* Diploma or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, Data Science or a related field.
* Proficiency in programming languages and software relevant skills to data analysis and reporting.
* Advanced knowledge of G Workplace, especially Google Sheets (including functions) and Google Sites.
* Strong analytical skills with a meticulous approach to handling data.
* Experience with MS Office (Microsoft Access) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
* Project management skills with a structured and organized approach to tasks.
* Ability to manage data efficiently, ensuring accuracy and reliability in reporting.
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
* Fluency in business English; German language skills are desirable.
* Proactive and motivated mindset with a talent for developing innovative solutions.
* High resilience and assertiveness to manage challenging reporting tasks effectively.
* Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
