We are looking for a QAE Automation - Test Manager with more than 5 years of experience that works independently and with a good level of communication.
What are we looking for? • Enable squads with QE approach and best practices to carry out all types of functional testing activities within tribe Investments • Set up Test approach and best practices • Perfom System testing, Integration testing, Regression testing, Contract based testing, API based testing, UAT and end to end testing • Resolve queries and provide SME support and Ensure QA policies and QE practices are updated based on the findings, training curriculum are Enhance • Carry out quality assurance / quality engineering assessment • Perform QE automation framework assessment in the context of shift left, shift right approaches and automation requirements of squads • Provide recommendation on continuation of current framework and required enhancements versus selecting alternative tooling • Define and maintain test automation coding standards for automated tests What can you expect from us? • A permanent job contract for a long term project • Tech equipment + SIM Card + personal smartphone • Health and Life Insurance • Social events and team buildings • The commitment of letting you grow with us, and be rewarded accordingly • A dynamic and young team that will be always there to support you • Training in the latest technologies • Coffee, fruits, snacks and a warm welcoming when you pass by the office
