Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.
We are seeking a QA Tester to join our team in Porto.
Key activities.
Define and support integration test approach for the projects; Estimate, prioritize and execute testing activities; Provide clear, accurate, regular reporting through KPI’s related to the test plan implementation, as well as the automation strategy; Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions; Partnership with other QA team members to align common tools and approach for testing and automation; Work with development and infrastructure teams to implement a CI/CD strategy that copes with test by design and embedded automated tests; Define and provide technical guidance, best practices for the software development teams and business operations teams; Contribute to the definition, implementation and monitoring of the company quality standards, including synchronization with others quality assurance units; Monitor and manage risks associated to the test plan and contribute to the risk’s identification.
Required skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; At least 3 years’ experience on software testing; Proficiency on QA methodology and testing processes; Experience working in Agile methodologies; Experience in implementing automated tests; Experience with tools such as Postman, Selenium, Cucumber, Xray, BrowserStack; Previous experience in software testing processes integrated with CI/CD tools; Good organizational skills, autonomy, proactivity, written and verbal communication skills.
Deliverables.
Test plans aligned with the defined scope (HLBR/Epics/User Stories); Manual and Automated tests planned for each development sprint, passed with success; Functional tests executed with success; Testing reports for all QA & Testing metrics defined for each type of tests will be accountable for.
