Remote Management is a fast-growing product within the TeamViewer product portfolio. Over the past several years we have successfully built and released products which makes IT administrators' day-to-day life easier. Drive both manual and automated testing topics related to the development of our products and enhance their quality. Drive the software development process toward quality-centric methodologies and automated testing Review product user interface for conformity to design guidelines Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs Write, review, and execute test plans throughout the development life cycle Ensure test plans thoroughly cover all requirements and use cases Develop automated tests for the most important test suites and set those under CI/CD Actively participate in refinement sessions of the scrum team, and provide feedback from the end-user perspective Actively work with QAs from all teams on common topics Foster a continuous improvement approach to QA activities Monitor and maintain daily automated Regression runs Adapt the latest trends and technologies for testing to monitor product quality in the best possible way Requirements A university or college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related subject At least 3 years of experience in automation testing or software development is required Proven skills and working history in the design and implementation of automated test plans Experience in working with common software testing tools like TestRail, Cypress, Ranorex, etc. Experience working with Linux and MacOS is a plus Close attention to detail and the desire to learn and work with innovative technology every day Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus What we offer Contract Location: Porto, Portugal Onsite Onboarding in our HQ office for an optimal start Great compensation and benefits packages including company achievement bonus and stock-based options, regular salary reviews Public transport-friendly offices Special terms for local gyms Access to Corporate Benefits platform with many discounts Regular Team events and company-wide celebrations Open door policy, no dress code rules, frequent all Hands and Leadership Lunches Hybrid and Flexible work time with up to 50% home office Work From Abroad Program allowing up to 40 days of work outside your contracting country We celebrate diversity as one of our core values, and join and drive one of the c-a-r-e initiatives together with us!
