Together, we will create experiences that thrill and engage users across the globe, establishing LRGI as a trusted and dynamic player in the industry! We are looking for a Workspace Automation & Network Intern to join our Team in Lisbon! The role should be based at the office in the Carnaxide area.
Main Responsibilities.
Assist in the basic setup and configuration of office and workspace applications under the guidance of senior engineers Provide first-level support to end-users with day-to-day technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior staff Help with the integration of new hardware and software, shadowing experienced team members Assist with monitoring network performance, learning how to identify and troubleshoot common issues Support account setup processes, including creating user accounts and managing basic permissions Learn about network administration and support, gradually taking on simple tasks under supervision Contribute to minor automation tasks such as writing simple scripts for repetitive processes, with guidance from the team Participate in team discussions about improving workspace tools and solutions Key Requirements.
Current bachelor’s student or final-year student in a related field (e.
., Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering) Enthusiasm for technology and interest in developing skills in workspace automation and network engineering Basic understanding of networking, routing, and switching principles Willingness to learn about identity management solutions (IAM) and network security best practices Familiarity with server infrastructure and cloud technologies (e.
., AWS) is a plus Basic knowledge of scripting (e.
., PowerShell) or willingness to learn Excellent problem-solving abilities and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team environment Familiarity with remote work support tools (e.
., Jira Service Desk, Okta, WorkspaceOne) Basic knowledge of Linux and cloud infrastructure management Awareness of cybersecurity practices and the importance of keeping systems updated Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
