QA ANALYST

Position Description.
We are looking for a bilingual QA Analyst in Montreal.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
-Conduct thorough Systems Integration Testing of AS400 ERP System to ensure functionality and integration meets requirements.
-Work with stakeholders to identify and address issues specific to AS400 and its integrations with other applications.
-Conduct thorough Systems Integration Testing of Korber WMS to ensure functionality and integration meets requirements.
-Design, develop, and execute test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
-Collaborate with development and product/project teams to understand requirements and develop effective test plans.
-Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
-Document and track defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues and verify fixes.
-Communicate effectively with team members, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure clear understanding of requirements and quality standards.
-Provide regular updates on testing progress, issues, and risk assessments.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
Experience.
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on SDLC, WMS environments, and creating and executing manual test scripts.
Required Skills.
-Experience in software testing.
-Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices in QA.
-Soft Skills.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
-Bilingual (English, French) Preferred Qualifications.
-Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
-Experience with WMS systems and understanding of warehouse operations.
-Experience with AS400 -Knowledge of manipulating csv, json, ajax, xml file types -Backend testing (DB level) -Knowledge of ALM Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role which requires interactions with national and international clients.
