We are looking for a Python Lead Developer to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).
You must have.
Proven experience as a Lead Developer with a strong focus on Python (+9 years); In-depth knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD); Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools, and methodologies; Expertise in refactoring, simple design, and clean architecture principles; Experience with agile methodologies and team collaboration practices; Proficiency in Django framework; Fluency in English.
Soft Skills.
Autonomous.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks; Leadership.
Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor team members; Performance-Driven.
Focus on delivering high-quality results efficiently; Continuous Learner.
